Joe Ferrier

Joe Ferrier is married to his wife Diane and has four children. He has over 27 years of experience in the real estate business and has been a licensed broker for over 17 years. He has a variety of commission programs as Low as 3% that save both buyers and sellers money. He is a licensed builder with experience with mold removal, repair, and all forms of building construction, as well as being C.E.O. of several companies. Joe graduated from Fruitport High School, attended Muskegon Community College for Business Law, completed the Alan Jacobson course for Sales and Management Training, recieved Certificate in Management from Curry Management Institute, and is a graduate of Baker College.
