After 25 years in the real estate industry, Joseph Fitzpatrick, or simply “Joe”, has personally reached substantial real estate heights, all while being a leader to the #1 Remax team in Rhode Island, the Fitzpatrick Team (FT*).
Well respected by his peers and colleagues, Joe was the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and issued membership to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2022 Joe was presented the Circle of Legends Award. To top off his list of accolades, Joe has won the Diamond Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021, the only residential RE/MAX agent in Rhode Island to win this coveted award. The Team was awarded the new pinnacle award in each of the last two years.
Joe has also provided mentorship to a team of fourteen agents, all of which hold their own award status amongst the RE/MAX Network. In 2022, FT closed out +$100 million in sales. This landed FT the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island.
The RE community took notice of Joe’s strong influence and started asking questions. “How do you run such a successful team?” Selfless in his character, he began providing tips and tutorials to his peers by providing education through his new educational platform, www.ftcourses.com.
Joe thrives in giving back, not only to other agents, but to local community. #LiveWell is the FT’s wellness brand focusing on physical, emotional, financial, and communal support to the people of Newport County. The goal is to provide opportunities for the community to come together and support each other. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Joe still resides in Newport with his lovely wife Lisa, two daughters Rosie and Alice, and their dog Keane. As a family, you will see them walking up and down Thames Street enjoying the fresh seaside air! Don’t hesitate to wave and say hello!
