Joe first got his license in 1995 and since then has been involved in more than a thousand transactions. He has previously helped to build two successful real estate companies and has personally owned more than 200 properties.

Joe has done real estate consulting and coaching. During the recession he became Middle Tennessee's foremost expert on distressed properties, and helping people facing foreclosure, divorce, and probate.

He created Hafner Real Estate because Joe wanted a company focused on building relationships, treating clients like family, and helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Joe and his wife Ruth live in Rockvale.
