Little did I know we were going to be buying a house. I asked Joe a few questions regarding a house and never thought that it would go any further. Joe provided me with a lot of information and others to contact. Yet me still not thinking that we were going to be buying a house. A week later we were under a contract to buy a house. Joe made sure to break everything down to us and how the process should go and also how it might end up going from the good to the bad. He made sure to communicate every step that we went through to make sure we understood. When we started to stress he made sure we were calm and understood things come up that might cause a delay. We couldn’t have chosen a better realtor than Joe Lattanzio. Joe works wonders and make sure his clients are in the best care possible. Joe I just want to say thank you for making this a wonderful experience for us. We greatly appreciate you for all your work.
