Licensed since 2011, Joe brings more than 15 years of real estate experience and a strong background in residential sales, trust and probate sales, relocation, investment properties, and property management. He is also a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), helping veterans, active-duty military members, and their families navigate the unique challenges of buying and selling real estate.
Joe is especially passionate about representing homeowners who want a strategic approach to selling their property. Through MY HOME Property Management, Joe also works with landlords and real estate investors throughout Ventura County, helping them protect their properties, maximize their investments, and navigate the day-to-day responsibilities of rental property ownership.
Before beginning his real estate career, Joe spent seven years serving as a youth director at his local church, working with young people throughout some of Ventura County's most challenging communities. That experience helped shape the service-first approach he continues to bring to his real estate business today.
