I purchased a condo and later sold a house with Joe's expert guidance. Joe came highly recommended because of his real estate expertise, superb communication skills, and his unique ability to handle each client as though they were the only client. Never did I have to ask Joe more than once for anything and his answers were reliable and thorough. Joe listened to my needs and offered options and jumped through hoops to make sure my needs were met and with flexibility when the direction changed. I was living in VA when I purchased my condo and knew very little about the area other than vacationing there. Once I sent Joe at least 10 questions and he promptly addressed each and every question within hours either with a detailed answer or an explanation and time line of when the info would be sent and he kept his word on those timelines. When he answered questions, he always asked "Have I answered your questions to your satisfaction?". If I had to leave a message for Joe and he couldn't call me back for a while, he had his office contact me to see if they could help. Joe never showed any behaviors or emotions that weren't professionally driven and with the utmost respect even with my petty questions. His integrity and focused business practices got the work done for me but it was Joe's genuine caring of his clients that created our bond of trust. He was cute as pie with his unexpected but appropriate sense of humor. Joe demonstrated his loyalty protecting my investments and always negotiating on my behalf and somehow, through all the work he performed, Joe made it look eazy peazy. I felt like I was his co-worker instead of a client and was pleasantly surprised and flattered when Joe told me he had learned from me. Joe doesn't try to sell himself or push his services...his successful reputation based on his highly ethical and knowledgable and applied business practices do that for him. Joe, thank you for two fun and successful transactions.
