Without a doubt, The Joe Murphy real estate team is the best in the Sarasota/ Bradenton/ Lakewood Ranch area. I contacted Joe several years ago when I thought I would have to sell my home due to a military transfer, he came out to the house within the week, I was immediately impressed with his professional demeanor, can do attitude and infectious enthusiasm towards getting my home ready for market and subsequently sold. That was in 2015 and I ended up not receiving orders and stayed in my home ; however, this past year the orders came to leave and without hesitation I knew who to contact........ again, within the week we set up a meeting, laid out an organized and thorough game plan moving forward and within 2 days of being on the market, my home sold for almost full asking price. I cannot say enough about Joe murphy and his entire team, I am extremely happy with the professional and competent service he provided and I highly recommend his team to anyone who wants to sell there home fast and in a professional manner with the highest degree of integrity.
