About Joe

After graduating from college and living abroad in South America, Joe has been living and working in San Diego for over 34 years. He and his wife, Chansamone, who is the librarian at El Cap in Lakeside, frequently volunteer at many local community events, participate in the annual 5k Walk for Autism, Challenged Athletes Foundation, and are annual contributors at the San Diego Burn Institute.
