Joe Rust Company was founded in 1984 in Waxahachie, Texas by Joe Rust. Joe Rust received his real estate salesman's license in 1975, while in college at the University of Houston. Upon graduating from U of H in May of 1977, Rust entered the real estate field and obtained a Texas broker's license in 1980. With a broad range of experience in land sales, ranging from retail/commercial sites, residential development tracts, multi-family land and farm and ranch properties, Joe Rust Company is very capable and highly successful in the closing of real estate sales.
