Joe Scharf

Joe Scharf is the founding president of Equitect Ltd., a commercial and investment real estate advisory company with experience throughout the West.

He is part of the fourth generation of a family of real estate brokers, investors, developers, builders and operators. As it is with most, his upbringing was one of unique experience and environment. His management and construction experience began with his family partnerships in his late teen years, he founded a development company in 1999 and throughout the past 20+ years has planned for what a brokerage could be.
