Joe Simon

Joe Simon was born and brought up in Bremerton. This advantage brings not only the expert knowledge of the area, but an extensive network from which he uses to help his clients make the Bremerton area their home as well. The naval bases bring people from all over the country to his hometown, and he loves to help them not only to find the right home, in the right place, for the right price, but one that they will have no regrets once they settle into a new town and realize that Joe sure knows the right place for them and their families. He often jokes saying “you don’t even know where to get a good pizza yet,” and of course he gives suggestions on many wonderful places to eat out in his hometown. He wants to be their advocate to the area, and hopefully as what has happened many times, become their good friend.

Joe is a REALTOR®, which has a higher standard of ethics for a real estate agent. He has been a consistent top producing agent for John L Scott Real Estate, awarded the “Presidents Elite” award for his outstanding achievement, and is proud to be a part of John L Scott’s fundamental value, “Living Life as a Contribution®.” Joe has been voted “Best Realtor” Bremerton/Central Kitsap four times.

Joe is connected to his community. Active member of the local Bremerton-Central Lion’s Club. Many times, you will not recognize him, because he will be in full Lion costume at these many events, Whaling Days parade, Armed Forces Day, Blackberry Festival, bell ringing, etc. Joe also is a member of the Semancik Foundation, providing athletic scholarships and financial aid for BHS students.

Because he grew up in Bremerton, attended East HS and Bremerton HS, he has had the pleasure of helping many people he knows with preparing and selling estates. Having many “I got a guy” people to help with everything it can take to make the home market ready. He also does this after the sale for his newfound friends.

Joe is married to a girl he met in HS back in 1979, and they were blessed with the timing being right for them to get married in 2012. Joe gained three kids, and now nine grandchildren.

Joe does what he can to exceed his clients’ expectations, because he genuinely wants to be their trusted friend and not just their real estate agent.
