I've bought and sold a number of properties, both commercial and residential, over the years but it has been a while since I sold my own residence. In short, Joe and his team are the best R.E. professionals I've ever worked with on all accounts. This was no easy deal either. It seemed to be hanging by a thread at least twice during the process, but we listened to each other and in the end, we came to terms with the buyer with less than a two percent adjustment in the price.

My advice, if you select Joe's group to represent you, is for you to pay attention to his weekly market updates. It will provide very good information on which to make decisions. His messages are clear and he knows his stuff. - Tom Lindahl

Mr. Joe......What can I say. This guy works harder than any person I have ever met. He ensures that you are informed and educated along the way.
Joe has a very no nonsense approach that makes sense. A canny ability to bring his explanations down to your level no matter what your level is.
I can say this bluntly and easily, Joe will go out of his way to help you sell/buy your home and ensure that you are satisfied long after that transaction. You need him at 9 at night, he answers his phone. You need him at 6AM, he answers his phone.
He never missed one call of mine and if he did it was a text immediately explaining he would call you back. AND HE DID CALL BACK! EVERY DANG TIME.
Joe, I promise we will work together again. I couldn't dream of using another agent other than you.
Give him a chance, he is an amazing individual who will go all the way out of his way for your satisfaction and business.

Man where do I start...
Joe has been nothing but exceptional since I met him. I first met Joe when looking for a house after 2 other realtors failed and felt like I was getting a run around. I got Joe’s number from a friend he walked me through how he does business and his goal for me. That same day went looked at a house and put an offer in and was accepted. Through the whole process Joe and his assistant Charlie stayed on top of things for me and great communication so I knew what I was going on and even explaining what was going on the other side which most home buyers don’t know. Made the whole process so easy for us it was like cake! Fast forward now time to sell my house. Once again I called Joe and him and Charlie went back to work. Worked long hours working with the new buyers and see had some hoops to jump through but Joe and Charlie got it all done and once again where nothing than but perfect. Communication between them and them communicating with me was on point. So we where always Amon the same page. Took a while but I sold my house and with my next house there is only one person I’ll call to put me in a house! Thank you Joe and Charlie you guys ROCK!!

Joe made our home search and our home purchase less stressful, enjoyable and even possible. He educated us on the market and made excellent recommendations on what we should do. Joe was very responsive and very easy to work with. He always returned our phone calls, emails and text messages within minutes. When my wife and I was unexpectedly having difficulty paying our closing cost and moving expenses, Joe took less in his commission, and even gave us money toward the purchase of a new washer and dryer. Being a first time home buyer, I began the process with very little knowledge. Joe walked me through every step and was able to answer any and all questions I had. He responded to calls, texts, and emails in a very timely manner. When showing houses, he suggested things to watch out for that I may have not known. During the period between submitting an offer and closing on a house, he made sure all of the paperwork was complete and in the right hands, and that all of our appointments were set. After closing, he made sure I was comfortable and that I felt taken care of. Joe Symonette is by far the best realestate agent we have worked with and has an an all around great work work ethic and customer service skills. We first met with him on a Saturday explained what we were looking for and he listened! he immediately took us out and showed us a few houses that day. We had several specific requirements and we're concerned that we may not be able to find the kind of house we had in mind and in budget but Joe was confident that he could help us find it. We looked at about ten houses total but he did not waste anyones time with houses that did not fit our criteria. We finally found the perfect house that we are still very happy with four months later. Joe also came through with the negotiations getting us a great deal and working with us and the lender to make sure we ended up getting the house and not someone else. I am active-duty military and owned a home in Lacey. I have not lived in Washington for the past 8 years and during that time the house was rented to multiple families. Due to my geographical absence, when I decided to sell the home I needed a realtor who had the patience and desire to be hands-on with the preparation for the sale. My home needed lots of work done and Joe handled the situation amazingly. His connections with local contractors enabled my house to be repaired and prepped with little to no leg-work on my part. Once ready for sale his strategy for marketing and listing the home created multiple showings immediately and ultimately led to a sale for a full competitive asking price. Not physically being in Washington for this entire process required me to have a hands-on realtor who was proactive, diligent, and a great communicator. Joe was a phenomenal realtor! I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house! He was very clear about what we could and couldn't do, and always provided excellent insight!! Joe began the process with a thorough evaluation of local comparative properties, and a fair assessment of our property. His home staging team then reviewed the property and made extensive recommendations to improve the functionality and perception of the home. Once the work was complete, his Photographer took new photos of the property at its best. After property preparation, Job listed the property and installed a lock that transmitted a notification for each showing. We received a full price offer in the first week listed!! I cannot recommend this realtor strongly enough!! Outstanding man, and outstanding support team!!
