Joe was my Realtor when I moved to the Keys. A former customer of his, that I met at a local restaurant, gave me his number. He searched out homes that I had not found on the internet, negotiated aggressiveness for a price that I thought would be impossible. In the end, I got the house I wanted and could already re-sell it for a profit! What was most impressive, was that everyone knew him, mortgage people, inspectors, insurance agents. This was not a large deal for him, but treated me like one of his million dollar buyers. Highly recommend!
