Joe did a fantastic job selling our house in West Bloomfield from beginning to end. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about local market conditions and offered a lot of advice about how to stage our property which turned out to be very critical in closing the sale. We closed at $10K above asking price only 5 weeks after listing the property and we couldn't be happier with the entire transaction.

One of the best real estate agents that I have worked with in my life. He made me and my partners feel comfortable with the sale of our business, and he communicated everything that the other agents were trying to accomplish during the deal. Whenever it seemed like the deal was going to stall, he was the one that was pushing it forward. I do not think the deal would have gotten done if it was not for him.

He set us up with an attorney, and held our hand through the entire process. He was able to get us a better deal, than some of the others we had spoken to. Joe shared his thoughts on the price, and backed it up with knowledge and comps. He really showed his expertise to the family friend, and they communicated throughout the entire process.

We interviewed multiple real estate agents in the area to see what everyone had to say about listing our house, and for what price. Joe Tinpan seemed like he was the most honest, and some of the other real estate agents made us feel like they were saying anything just to get the listing. Joe was honest and gave us his knowledge on the listing price and why it would be there. The house got sold within the first weekend, and it was the highest priced home sold in our subdivision.
