My home search took nearly a year and a half, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Joe.

Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, responsive, and supportive. I had a lot of questions—sometimes the same questions more than once—and Joe always took the time to answer them thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable for asking.

Buying a house is stressful, I’ve been in the situation more than once, so it should’ve taken me out. But somehow Joe made all the experiences feel like I was just out shopping with a very informed friend who also happens to know how to decode contracts, negotiate like a shark, and talk me off a ledge when I was overwhelmed. Joe has worked with various members of our family buying/selling homes for around 10 years now. If you've never bought/sold a house before (or even if you have), there is no one better. When it was finally our turn he walked us through the entire process of buying our first house. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time. But since we used Mr. Joseph Waters he was there whenever I needed him and also he was looking out for my best interests! My husband and I both sold and bought properties under the guidance of Joe Waters of Parkview Properties this year. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive in every possible way. In every interaction, of which there were many, Joe went above and beyond the expectations of any realtor in his position, offering advice based on professional as well as personal experience. My father was diagnosed with a terminal illness, but it was important to all of us that he be a part of the purchase of our first house as he would have been in any other circumstance.
