I have had the pleasure of doing many Real Estate transactions with Joe. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things Real Estate. He can deescalate the stressors that occur when selling or buying your home. He is excellent at negotiations and his people skills are like none other. Its great to have Joe in your corner.

Joe has to be the best real estate in the Antioch and surrounding area. He knows the market better than anyone I know, which is very helpful if you're buying and selling real estate in that market! Joe was/is my real estate agent. I've used Joe for 4 home purchases, and 2 home sales. Very good with staying focused on what's importing if you're a buyer or a seller. Trust is not something I offer to many folks I meet, but have to say I do trust Joe's judgement and guidance, he's earned it and never steered me wrong! Thank you Joe.
