I was extremely pleased with the top notch customer service provided by Ben Stai. He made sure all of my needs were met, that I understood each part of the process and even though we had a few hurdles along the way (all outside of his control), he navigated us through them. My home was successfully closed in 13 days - during State Fair and Back to School time. He also assisted in the purchase of my next home which went even smoother. Doug was always willing to meet at a property to show, and if couldn't make it, made plans to have someone else there. He's Friendly.and gets answers to questions you may have to make the buying process easier for you. It took me awhile to find the place I wanted but he didn't give up on me. I referred my daughter to him, and she got a place., too. We will both refer people to him that are looking for homes in the future

I never thought selling a home could be so easy. Being out of the real estate market for almost 25 years, and because our situation was a bit complicated, I have to say I was a little nervous.
One phone call to Joel and within 3 days our home was photographed, listed, and potential buyer's were scheduled for showings. "Sold by Friday", we had an offer the next day.
Joel patiently explained every step of the process. The few questions we had were met with timely, calm, and informative responses.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Joel and the team at Sold by Friday.

The entire SOLD By Friday team were great to work with for our purchase of an investment property. While Jason was our primary agent, we also had very positive experiences with others on the team. I consider myself a micro-managing high-needs seller. By the time I came across the Sold by Friday team I had already been through two realtors in a month's time. Having stated my high needs....all of my expectations were met from the beginning consult, through the staging advice, all the way through to a full price offer on my home within one week!

Additionally, I was very surprised to see Joel's rapid response to show us a last-minute home on a Sunday which turned out to be the one we had been looking for. That crucial timing allowed us to get an offer in soon enough where we were able to get the house of our dreams.
