If you are looking to buy or sell a house Joel Moretta is your guy! I was extremely lucking to have him on my side. I inquired about a house online and he replied back to me immediately and the rest was pretty much history. He has been my rock through the whole house buying process. Always there when I needed him, had a question, doing walk throughs, talking to the builder or the mortgage company. He went above and beyond to assist me. Always kind and very respectful even when I texted him later in the evening when he was at home. I truly appreciate all his hard work and dedication to me. He made my dream a reality. Our family recently moved to Fort Campbell, KY as our first military move. After living on post for a little while, we desperately wanted to relocate and buy our first home. As first time buyers, this process was entirely new to us and we wanted to find a reliable realtor that understood our needs and life style.
We decided on Joel and we were very grateful for our decision.

At the time, I was 8 months pregnant and very close to the end of our lease. We needed to move within a couple of months. With Joel’s prior time in service, we knew he had a mutual understanding of our needs and advocated for us as if he would for his own family. Joel was very patient, knowledgeable, and wasn’t scared to make the necessary relationships. As a young family, he didn’t stop until he was able to negotiate the best financial deal for us.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joel as a realtor in the Kentucky area. With as saturated as the market is, he relieved us of any stress and always stayed positive. Joel will always remain a part of our life and always checked up afterwards to make sure our move was smooth. He did a phenomenal job.
