About Joey

My wife, Jess, and I own and teach at Wild Light Yoga Center in downtown Eugene. Both Jess and I are firm believers in the power of authentic community building. We are also the proud parents of a one year old baby boy, Jasper Dion! When I’m not chasing our canine crew around the house or yard, I love to settle in to family time—indoors or out.

I became an avid reader during an unexpected four-year sabbatical on the Oregon coast while rehabilitating rescued Golden Retrievers. I then moved to Eugene to study Philosophy at the University of Oregon with a focus on ethics and pragmatism.
