Joey Tucker

Joey obtained his Georgia Real Estate License in 2002 and his Broker’s License in 2006. As a native of Northeast Georgia, he is familiar with the greater Athens area and Oconee, Madison, Oglethorpe, Jackson, and Barrow counties. In 2003, Joey earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and currently serves as the Associate Dean for the Georgia Association of Realtors GRI program. He served as President of The Athens Area Association of Realtors in 2011 at both the local and state levels.

Joey is the Chair of the Georgia Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network and was instrumental in founding FUEL Young Professionals Network with the Athens Area Association of Realtors recognized as NAR’s YPN Network of the Year for 2011. He is actively involved in his community through the Chamber of Commerce, having graduated from Leadership Athens in 2004, and is a member of the Classic City Young Professionals, the Athens Young Professionals Network, and the North Georgia Jaycees. Additionally, he is a member of Athens First United Methodist Church.
