Johana was born and raised in Lima, Perú. She started her Architecture studies back in 1993 at Universidad Ricardo Palma in Perú. At the early age of 20, Johana moved to Hawaii to attend Chaminade University, where she graduated with a BA in Environmental + Interior Design. While in college, she met her husband, who is active duty in the United States Army. They now have two beautiful daughters, Andrea who is 13 and Sofia, who is 11. They currently attend Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Ewa Beach.
Johana and her family have relocated over 9 times and have lived in Germany, Virginia, Washington DC, Georgia, Florida, to name a few.
Johana was first introduced to Real Estate in 2004, when she joined the Association of Realtors in Orlando, as their Communication Specialist.
Johana joined RE/MAX Honolulu in 2007, shortly after relocating to Hawaii, on her 5th PCS move. She later moved to Virginia, where she joined RE/MAX Commonwealth for 2 years. Her and her family where lucky enough to get relocated in Hawaii back in 2013, where she re-joined RE/MAX Honolulu.
Johana and her family have adopted the Island as their home, since her parents and siblings have been living in Hawaii for over 20 years.
She is well known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.
