For Johana Allison and Theresa Coutant, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions with experience, compassion, and Aloha.
Originally from Perú, Johana moved to Hawai?i at age 20 to attend Chaminade University, where she earned a B.A. in Interior Design. As a military spouse for more than 18 years, she understands firsthand the challenges military families face when relocating. Johana joined the RE/MAX family in 2006, earned her REALTOR® license in 2016 and Broker license in 2025, and has been recognized in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Club. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for her strong negotiation skills, dedication, and genuine care for her clients.
Theresa’s journey to Hawai?i also began through military life. As part of a now-retired Army family, she experienced numerous military moves and the ups and downs of buying and selling homes along the way. After leaving Hawai?i for Colorado, Theresa and her family missed the islands so much that they returned five years later to make Hawai?i their forever home. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Theresa worked as a real estate stager in Hawai?i and Colorado, and her own Hawai?i home was featured on HGTV’s Hawaii Life.
Best friends turned business partners, Johana and Theresa combine their different strengths and shared love for helping people to serve buyers, sellers, military families, first-time homebuyers, seniors, and longtime Hawai?i residents throughout O?ahu.
