John Aderholt

John D. Aderholt is a Principal for Century Equities and a Broker for Century Realty, and has been with The Century Group since 2006. Mr. Aderholt oversees real estate operations for Century Equities and its affiliated companies, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and property management for its 14-state portfolio. Additionally, he oversees investor relations and equity placement, and provides support for a variety of legal matters.

Previously, Mr. Aderholt served as Area Director for Young Life for approximately 9 years, where he supervised and helped expand Young Life in six counties in north central West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania.

Mr. Aderholt received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He received his B.A. from Grove City College in Pennsylvania where he studied History, Theology, and Economics.

Mr. Aderholt is a licensed Real Estate Broker in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. As Broker, Mr. Aderholt oversees Century’s brokerage affiliate Century Realty LLC. Century Realty specializes in advising clients in office, retail, land, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality opportunities throughout the greater Pittsburgh/Tri-state region, as well as nationally through its affiliation with CORFAC International.

Mr. Aderholt resides in Wheeling, WV with his wife, Molly, and three children.
