When we were ready to start looking for a home in Cedar Rapids, the question came to how to find the best realtor - reviews! John's reviews were great, and he lived up to every word of them. We were coming to Cedar Rapids from Virginia, and contacted him only four days before we wanted to start looking. John made time in his busy schedule to work with us, and made us feel as though we were his only client. We looked at more than 30 homes, and John was there to help us realize the pros and cons of each house. His vast knowledge of real estate in the area along with his great personality and terrific sense of humor made the process fun. We laughed a lot! The great thing about John is that he continues to help you after the offer has been accepted, and he walks you through the process until you sign those closing documents. He will arrange the inspections that you need and has a list of painters, handymen, etc. to recommend should you need them. The bottom line is if you need to buy a house - John is the man to work with. He is absolutely someone we consider a friend, and we appreciate everything he did for us. ~ Denise and Steve
