I’m also deeply familiar with the unique characteristics of real estate in the North Carolina mountains. Properties here can involve wells, septic systems, private roads, shared access, acreage, surveys, deed restrictions, elevation, steep terrain, short-term rental considerations, and other issues that may not be common in every market.
Regency Properties is locally owned and rooted in the community. I believe that local knowledge matters, but so does treating people fairly and being available when they need answers. My goal is not simply to complete a transaction. It is to provide the level of service and guidance that makes clients comfortable recommending me to their family and friends.
