It was 35 years ago that he would help his employer captain a boat from the New Jersey shore to Punta Gorda. It was then he knew he would someday make this his home. His wife and he have lived here for almost 30 years.
He has been a realtor with RE/MAX Harbor for 20 years. He served on the board of realtor's ethics committee and as the board of realtor president in 2014. He knows this area well and in his previous job inspected many of the Charlotte County homes. He has a history of working in construction while living in NJ with his family and can lend his knowledge when it comes to buying or selling a home.
