We both are originally from “Long Island” NY and have “been there, done that” as well, and decided after long winters with lots of snow and many hurricanes causing havoc, we thought there must be a better way…a better lifestyle…a better everyday living...better weather. Then we discovered the Lake Norman Region!! A great place to start your family, retire to, relocate or just get away.

We both come from very active families and the activities in and around Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area continue to grow. Like many others who visited for the first time, we also fell in love with a vibrant and uplifting “place to be”.

John served in the fire service and in the public sector for over 30 years. Erin-Marie has worked as a cosmetologist/hair stylist for over 25 years and continues to show off her skills at Studio Sixteen in Denver. We both enjoy working with the public and we will dedicate our time & experience with you in your real estate needs.

We both enjoy boating and experienced the waters off of Long Island but having the beautiful surroundings of restaurants, golf courses, parks & beach areas along the shores of Lake Norman all year round continue to make this a relaxing and fun place to live.

We are down to earth, fun, enjoy life to its fullest and we have 4 adult children and understand blended families along with the various changes that occur. Our motto is “Live, Laugh, and Love”.
