John Brady

John Brady loves helping families buy and sell properties in the Naples Florida area. A 19-year resident of Naples, Brady works closely to educate his customers on the various communities and the diverse real estate market.

John spent much of his career in a segment of the home improvement industry where he owned and operated multiple locations in Central New York that sold and provided service to Homeowners and Builders. In the latter part of that career, Brady created a retail store concept and partnered with Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 Company, where he helped grow his concept to a 100 store National chain.

Feeling like he had done everything there was to do in that industry, in 2013 Brady switched gears and took over an 80-year-old roadside attraction in Bonita Springs that was going to close and become only a memory. Brady was involved in working with the community to form a 501c3 that operates the Park today under the Cities ownership.

With that project behind him, he went into Real Estate, working as an agent at a local Naples firm. The business was a perfect fit for him, but he longed to get back to owning his own company.

In 2019, Oak and Palm Realty was created. In this digital age, Brady built a business model which helps bring buyers and sellers together with real time listings and market data. Brady continues to work closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals. A lifelong artist, John brings his artistic eye for style and design to every project he is involved in.
