John and Kristen are a dynamic relationship-driven team. They are Marin and Sonoma county natives with over 55+ years of combined experience in the business. Their longevity in the local market, down-to-earth style and winning attitude generates trust with the people they serve.

It all started in 2014 after they closed a transaction together in San Rafael. John was the listing agent and Kristen represented the buyers. John and Kristen (aka JB and KP) found their style and values complimented each other. Shortly thereafter, they joined forces and formed Brannan Realty Group.
