John Caragiulo

John Caragiulo brings to Hembree & Associates over 27 years of experience in food service, hospitality and lodging based industries. Specializing in consulting, concept development, and site acquisition/selection, His experience in tenant representation has been sought after by both national and regional clientele. John’s expertise in asset management & receiverships has also garnered the attention of REO administrators for assistance in the protection and continued operation of assets related to the food service industry.
John is a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division, The Sarasota Downtown Partnership, both the National and Florida Restaurant Associations, and is a past Executive Board member of the Council of Independent Restaurants of America. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Family YMCA/Babe Weiller Branch
