John Carpenter specializes in investment sales and tenant representation (leasing). As Principal, John excels in representing private and institutional investors with their commercial property acquisition/disposition efforts throughout the United States with a focus on Southern California, Northern California (Bay Area), Las Vegas, and Denver Colorado Markets.

By thoroughly understanding his clients’ business and investment objectives, John develops a transaction strategy and implements the appropriate processes. The results offer decision-makers a clear understanding of market conditions and alternative solutions where both operational and financial goals can be met.

John is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team. John began his career at CBRE in the Silicon Valley Office (San Jose) and upon moving to Southern California, he joined Colliers International, where he was responsible for a portfolio of properties in the Orange County market. Throughout John’s 15+ years of experience, he has completed over 100 transactions consisting of both sales and leasing totaling over 1 million square feet. John has assisted several institutional investors and large corporations in locating investment property throughout the United States.
