John Carroll

John A. Carroll Jr., has been a Central Coast resident all his life. He worked in the restaurant business for eight years creatively serving the public from kitchen to table. To finance his college education he worked in the nuclear power industry with a specialization in radiation protection and heath physics. Acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo he began a career in Aquatic Landscaping. His love for nature and aquascapes enabled him to operate a successful business balancing the ecosystem of lakes at golf courses, as well as designing and building water features for the homeowner. If water is important for your real estate holdings John will be a valued team member. His hands on experience with various trades in the construction industry have given him a diverse education. His life has been enriched by his cultural experiences, including two years at the bottom of the Grand Canyon on the Supai Indian reservation improving their electrical system.
