We are very thankful to have had John Clemens as our realtor. He professionalism and willingness help through any of the issues and questions we had has proven him to be an outstanding individual. He provided sound guidance whenever we had any questions or sought advice from him. All of our questions were answered, and after our home purchase, we were able to look back with the satisfaction that we had made the best decision. Even though we were all but ready to buy a house that HIS Realty had listed, John insisted on looking at other house listings in other markets to ensure we would get the home we truly wanted. He kept himself available at all times and showed us the different houses to help us discover the house we really wanted. During this time, he pointed out different things to look for as well as various considerations to make. His help greatly benefited us in finally determining which direction to go. This was our first home purchase, so we were new to the home purchasing experience. John was very considerate in the assistance he gave us. He was always willing, but also able to help us in every question or concern we gave. There were situations where he would identify characteristics about a house or a location that we may have otherwise overlooked. When asked, John would provide advice on home improvement options as well. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in his counseling. During the purchase of our home, he worked closely with us and the sellers to create the best deal possible, ensuring that every area was covered in the contract and all that was included. He organized a very thorough inspection of the home and ensured the home was well taken care of afterwards. He also provided excellent resources and references for us in order to finance our home. His assistance and guidance helped make our home purchase much easier than it could have been. Overall, John helped make this one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. We would gladly recommend HIS Realty and John Clemens to anyone. In fact, we already have referred a friend who is now looking for his first home. Needless to say, we are very thankful for the excellent professional help and expertise John provided, and we couldn't be happier with the home we now have!

I meet John and Danielle Clemens back in 2007 when Danielle, myself and a team of Global Adventures from Calvary Albuquerque went on a Missions trip to Juarez, Mexico to deliver shoe boxes to the needy children through Operation Christmas Child. I have known John and Danielle for several years so automatically called them when we were ready to sell our house. I know that their faith and beliefs lead them in everything they do, so knew that there would never be any questions as to how we would be treated, the honesty that would be involved in the sale and that I would have a hard time finding 2 people more professional than John and Danielle. The service and personal attention we received from HIS Realty Group, John and Danielle was exceptional! We sold our first home and also purchased our current home with them in 2006. To this day, we still have a relationship with them. They are a high-caliber team, who consider the individual circumstances and needs of each of their clients.
