John J. Collins is a co-founder of Capital Residential Group, LLC (CRG) and the co-founder of Capital Equity Partners, LLC (CEP) a real estate solutions company that specializes in Short Sales, Distressed properties, Bankruptcy, Probate/Inheritance and others. In addition, John is Ma. Licensed mortgage originator. Mr. Collins has been active in the real estate market since 1998. He has also closed over 250 Million in purchase/refinance transaction during the last 7 years. John has also renovated, converted, and sold over 90 units in the last few years with a 65% return on investment. Being born and raised in his hometown, he feels the his knowledge of the South Boston market is one his strongest attributes. John has 5 children Isabella Mari, John Jr. and twins Cash Vincent Patrick and Vivienne Mei and Greyson Marcel. He currently lives in Lynnfield with his wife Kristen.
