I am very happy to have had John as my realtor 5 years ago when I was charged with selling my mothers house. His timing was perfect for contacting me as a For Sale by Owner. I wasn't ready to turn the project over to him but he waited patiently for me to return his call. I knew from the first time I spoke with him I would have him in my corner when I needed him. The sell was long and complicated due to many things beyond John’s control. Every time I had a problem arise, John handled it with ease. He walked and talked me through the house selling experience with professionalism and compassion for my ailing mother. He made suggestions that sometimes I didn’t act on and later found out that he was right. I quickly learned that he is the expert in the field and I should follow his lead. This house was for sale during the beginning of the housing market decline. I was hit hard with a flooded market of houses for sale and few buyers. We would go for weeks and months at a time with no activity on the house but John would call me very regularly to check in or ask about my mother. Sometimes he would have no new information on the house but called to let me know he was working for me. The house sold and our working partnership came to a close.
