John Donahue

Born and raised in Philadelphia, in a section called Northern Liberties (we called it Lower Kensington. Attended St. Michael's, then North Catholic, then Mastbaum where I played football and basketball (far from a giant, I'm 5'7") Joined the Air Force out of High School and served four years. After basic training training I became an instructor for new recruits, mostly pre academy students. I spent the rest of my enlistment in Cape Cod. After the Air Force, I joined the Upper Southampton Police Department served ten years, the last four as a detective. Left there bought a business/sold that business and joined the Upper Makefield Poice. I figured one of those rich people would want to adopt me but.....that didn't happen. After six more years I went down with a knee injury and that allowed me time to study and become a REALTOR. I've been with RE/MAX Properties, Ltd. in Newtown for the past twenty-four years. I really enjoy working with people. You can see me playing Texas Hold'em at the Warminster VFW Post 6493 Friday and Saturday nights I'll probably tweak this after I re-read it a few times. God Bless.
