I joined RE/MAX three years ago as a member of this outstanding sales team. I am a Washington DC native who has lived in 7 locations in the US and in London England.
As baby boomer's my wife and I began a search starting in 2010 for the right place to call home. We search all of the NC, SC, and GA coastal areas, and in July of 2013 moved to Southport. NC. The southern coast of NC offered beauty, affordability, uncrowded beaches, convenience, and activities that fit our lifestyle.
I am providing services which include investor ROI and cash flow for rental properties in addition to 110% dedication to buyer's and seller's. I have had 21 personal real estate transactions. I have added additions to my homes, finished basements, added decks, redone a kitchen, and added major landscape projects that added value, and a far greater return than the investments. My Father was in the construction business, and coupled with my experience gives me the expertise to help you with new construction or a fixer upper home.

I completed a 27 year career in defense and telecommunications finance, accounting, and M&A. I received numerous CFO and president's awards and was recognized for my leadership, drive, recruiting, and mentoring. I then spent 9 years in sales for GM where I was a top 10% performer.
