John Finegan

John Finegan joined The Boulos Company in 2020 and is an Associate Broker on the brokerage team of Jessica Estes and Claire Richardson. He works throughout Greater Portland in all areas of commercial real estate including the buying, selling, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily family properties. John also works on ground-up development, with a particular focus on multifamily development and economic policymaking as it relates to development.

John graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire with a dual major in Finance and Accounting. He is the co-chair of MEREDA’s Local Issues Committee and is very involved with the organization. John was born in North Yarmouth, Maine, and attended high school at North Yarmouth Academy. He currently lives in South Portland with his wife Elizabeth.
