Born and raised on Chicago's North Side, having lived all over the city and suburbs, and currently residing in Riverside, John is uniquely qualified to help his clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Chicagoland area. John concentrates his practice primarily in the City's West Side and Western Suburbs as well as the City's North Side and near North Suburbs.
John's professional background includes a depth of expertise in the legal field. John was a litigator for over 25 years and brings with him a wealth of experience in negotiation and client advocacy. In addition, John holds the special industry designation Pricing Strategy Adviser (PSA) to provide his clients with an advantage in the home buying and selling process. John works with all manner of clients including first time home buyers, investors, relocation, and down sizing. John especially enjoys working with Senior Citizens and Estates and is a certified Senior citizen Real Estate Specialist (SRES). John has the resources to help his senior citizen clients and their families de-clutter, downsize, and prepare their longtime family homes to sell. John also enjoys working with Military veterans and their families and is a member of the Baird & Warner Military on the Move team. John holds a special affinity for military veterans as the son and nephew of veterans and the parent of active duty military. Community Service is an important aspect of who John is. A community is only as strong as its residents' dedication and volunteerism. John served as a youth basketball coach for the Riverside Park & Recreation Department, Scoutmaster of Scouts USA Troop 24, and Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus, Bishop Ketteler Council 1628. To this day, John is active at his church as a Sunday Lecturer, Trustee for the Knights of Columbus, Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 24, and Secretary of the USAFA Northern Illinois Parent's Club. A graduate of Loyola Academy, Wilmette, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Loyola University.
