In a word, John Foster is a professional. We have completed 18 real estate transactions over the years, by far John Foster was the best. We had our home listed for six months with another agent with no offers. John took the listing and we had multiple offers in less than two weeks, the house sold in the third week. John continued to persevere through what should have been a simple transaction. He never lost patience or professionalism. John closed a difficult deal smoothly.
