We are a fully Licensed independent Brokerage serving the Gold Country in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and portions of the eastern San Joaquin Valley. Broker and Founder John Friend brings 32 years of Real Estate experience to the table.

During his many years appraising properties in the foothills and the valley, he appraised well over 10,000 homes in five Counties. He knows all of Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador Counties extensively, as well as San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. This knowledge of the market in multiple Counties allows John to suggest other foothill areas that are similar to where the clients started their searches hat have better pricing and/or inventory, and allows him to suggest areas that fit his clients best needs and interests.
