He knows what he is doing and is good at it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Huntsville.

My initial plan was to sell through an investor for a quick and seamless payday. I had one final suitor whom I thought was an investor like all the rest but no. John was a realtor. I thought let me hear him out at least. It was the best choice I could've made. John said to me investors are in it for themselves ultimately which is very true as they have to make a profit. Then follows by saying I'm in it to get the best deal for you! He did exactly that. John was able to increase my profit by 30K. He did exactly what he said he would each step of the way. John is awesome and I will definitely seek him out again when looking for my permanent home and would highly recommend his services.

Over the last 5 years, I have purchased a home and sold two with John. John is an incredible professional.

“But there are lots of other professionals from which to choose”, you say? Agreed, sure. So what sets John apart?

First off, he is excellent at his craft. Period. His judgement is so very reasonable, that accuracy naturally follows; and in such an uncertain time as buying a house, any narrowing of that uncertainty is a welcomed relief. Both of my homes sold in one day on the market, and we received asking price on both simply by following John’s guidance on what to do (he has a great eye for what matters and what doesn’t and will waste your valuable time). Also, did I say John knows this area like the back of his hand? And finally, John is among the kindest of people I have ever met in my life. And the world is short those type people. So that’s why John. Give him a call - you won’t regret it.

John Fudge is a true professional who is not is this business for personnel gain but he truly wants the best offer or best deal for his clients. John just recently closed on my home that was with another real estate company and sat for almost a yr. John took over, laid out a game plan, implemented it and sold my home in 10 days (2 offers by the way). John is quick to respond to messages and even contacted me late at night or the weekend. Whatever it takes to make his clients comfortable during a stressful time whither you are buying or selling. If I buy or sell again, I know whom I am calling. John made my entire home buying process seamless. I was relocating from out of town on tight time frame and the amount of leg work he did before I arrived into town was amazing. I went from looking at a house to having an accepted offer in under 6 hours. He gave me good guidance on approach and price and we made a fair deal quickly. That was only the beginning of the excellent service John provided. He took care of numerous items between the offer and the close, and made this the most worry free home purchase I've ever made. He literally took care of everything! On top of that he was responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I'd recommend him over any realtor in town!
