John was awesome, everything was handled professional with him and this house sale went seamless .
The % rate charge was low, I thought there might be added cost, there was not. He was true to his word and gave me the best rate and no other realtor could compare to John.
I will refer John to everyone I know that is selling or buying a house. Selling my house was simple with John.
