John Graham

John brings a wealth of diverse, deep industry knowledge and experience in RE acquisition & development, having completed multiple projects nationally in the areas of senior and market rate housing, commercial mixed use, industrial build to suit, and large-scale residential master plans.

John has held lead roles in several top, private and public companies, where he was directly responsible in deal sourcing, capital, and transacting over $2.4 billion in real estate and land assets in North America. John maintains meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders, government officials, land owners, developers, brokers, attorneys and financial institutions.

John has served as a board member with the Building Industry Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute, participating as a Council member on the ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council (RNDC – Gold). Commonly asked, John assists in panel discussions with IMN, Private Equity Council, Leader to Leader Forums, and PCBC.

John holds a JD/MBA from Pepperdine Univ. School of Law and USC Marshall School of Business, is a licensed attorney and registered in house counsel.
