John Haley

I come to the business with over 15 years in Television Advertising, Including 9 years for NBC as a Regional Advertising Representative. I was involved in producing visually based high recall marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 Companies Institutions and Retail Business. My family has been in the Daytona area Since 1978. I am originally from the Finger Lakes Region of up state New York. I have been in Daytona for 13 years and helping buyers and sellers of commercial and residential property for the past 9 years. I have extensive local knowledge and a keen understanding of the local market pricing trends. I have sold numerous Single Family Homes, Condos, and Ocean Front Resorts. I am a former General Manager of a Ocean Front Resort under the Choice Hotel Franchise. I attended the Defiance College and earned a B.S. Degree in Economics. I pride myself on customer service and being reachable throughout the entire buying or selling process. In my spare time I enjoy working out and scuba diving. I am a certified Rescue Diver and dive here and around the world. Thank you for letting me tell you a little bit about myself.
