John Hurlbut grew up in University Place, Washington where he graduated from Curtis Sr. High in 1988. After working in Information Technology (IT) at Fortune 500 Companies like Boeing and Adobe, John decided to bring his excellent customer service skills and technological prowess to the local Real Estate community after earning his Real Estate Broker's license in 2003.
John started the Altitude Homes team in February of 2015 and moved his business to Keller Williams, the #1 Real Estate company in the world. Adding a full time assistant and additional full time sales agents to his team has allowed John to continue to expand his business while continuing to offer his clients the top notch client service they've come to expect. John has been a Pierce County native all his life and has lived in Puyallup since 2006. He has a home in Sunrise where he and his family relax and enjoy hiking, camping, skiing, biking, running, participating in triathlons and anything out of doors! John is also a Private Pilot and loves giving his clients a unique view of the Puget Sound from the air!
John and his wife Teri are also frequenters of the local arts community and participate in charitable organizations such as the American Lung Association of Washington, Children's Hospitals, The Nature Conservancy and local Rails to Trails initiatives.
