While at SML in July, my wife and I decided to look into the possibility of purchasing a condo on the water. The specific location we were interested in were handled by John and Charlene Jones. We were on a very limited time schedule for such things and received a call back from John within an hour. We scheduled to see several condo units the next day and met with Charlene for several hours. What a dynamic team! We immediately knew what our likes and dislikes were and described them to John and Charlene. They guided us through each of the units and wasted none of our time. We found an ideal unit and gave John a list of questions to seek out responses. In very short time, John came back with all responses in detail. We ended up choosing a newer condo nearby, but had constant conversations ith John and Charlene. All questions or request were responded to within minutes. I can rarely find anyone I'm working with who works as I do, with comprehensive nearly immediate replies. As we spent time with John and Charlene, it was apparent that they are true professionals, well respected by everyone we came into contact with. They seem to know everyone here. We trusted our instincts with putting all our efforts on this quest with John and Charlene, and every expectation was exceeded. Not being familiar with the area services, we needed to count on them to guide us with all the Utility companies, and even scheduled several service people to do things for us just prior to our settlement. All of our service items were taken care of ahead of time. Thanks to John and Charlene, we are enjoying our perfect vacation home. Professional, Responsive, Caring and most helpful...
