His is very adaptive and agile to working with difficult and or challenging schedules. John was very attentive to my needs and request as I had several things that were a must when I bought my home. I love John! I was using a couple of realtors for their MLS access to scope out homes on the internet in Dallas. Then I accidentally found this area of town that really interested me. I searched on line for neighborhood information and found that John had a blog about this neighborhood. The information was in depth and interesting. So I called him and also got onto his MLS search. I quickly decided to go with John because of his vast knowledge of the area, especially niche neighborhoods that I like. John was exceptionally responsive answering me mostly within seconds on text or email. I trusted him so much that I asked him to put a contract on a house when I was out of town and had not even seen the house. It is a tight market here in Dallas, especially around the lake. Our contract was one of five submitted -- and the one that got accepted. Since John used to be a loan officer, he was especially helpful during the process of getting a loan. Several times, I honestly needed just a bit of hand-holding -- and John was right there available and willing to discuss my concerns and offer advise. We even had a bit of a tricky negotiation with both the seller and the lender and John helped me through it with expert advise. I am an investor and have bought and sold about 20 homes and even so I found him quite helpful. I have only come across a realtor to his caliber once before, and the gentleman, also coincidentally named John, .became a very good friend til he passed away about five years ago. I am very glad to say that I found me new realtor to help me purchase our new home that me and my family will be living in. And if I continue my investment activities, he is the realtor I will count on as well. He is a true professional and gentleman -- and did an excellent job. G. Banta

Both my wife and I were very impressed with Mr. Jones knowledge of the east Dallas area and especially with his detailed understanding of the financing process. He provided us with lots of tools that let us do our own searches and then he would give us feedback based on what we selected to help us narrow in. Mr. Jones could immediately identify issues with the area, or the house, and imbalances working for or against us in the market and the pricing of a property. I've heard alot of horror stories about the possess but ours was as smooth as could possibly be. Zero issues. We got a fantastic house, exactly what we wanted, at an unbelievable price, could not be happier. There is no doubt that he saved us quite a large amount of money with his advice. Mr. Jones is extremely talented and professional, but more than that, he really seems to love what he does and he is very passionate about the market. He doesn't just dabble in real estate like so many other agents seem to do these days, he is a true professional and I'm really glad we chose him. His experience as a broker obviously comes in very handy as a real estate agent. I don't think we would have had such a good experience if we had used another agent and I don't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone.

John Jones defines the role of real estate agent. He knew his stats, the area, and info on every house we wanted to view and on the house we were selling. We entrusted him to sell our home and to facilitate the purchase of our next home. John was always easy to reach and took every text, email and phone call seriously no matter how trivial it might have been in my home selling/buying stress-outs! Even while he was on vacation, he made it a point to contact us multiple times. John put us at ease during a chaotic time and referred top notch people to us to handle and fix every situation that arose. His advice was spot on and he never hesitated to speak openly and honestly about pros/cons of each house and how it was or wasn't appropriate for our unique situation. When the potential buyers of our home ran into difficulties, John was able to keep the ball rolling and assist them as well. The buyer's agent wasn't really on top of anything and I feel sorry for the buyers -- and thankful that John was on it and kept the transaction moving toward the target close dates for both houses. I can't say enough good things about John. He even ensured our 2 cats (one of which is elderly) were cared for during home viewings and took it in stride when one of them made his notepad into a sleeping mat during our discussions. John is good with children, animals and all of the adults involved in the buying and selling transaction. I have already referred a few people to John when they spoke of needing to find an agent. John Jones is a real estate rock star. We met John by calling a number on a sign in the front yard of a house we were interested in seeing. He met us on time, showed us the home, and immediately made us feel at ease. No pressure to buy, but he did make it a point to highlight the positive aspects of the home and gave us a friendly tour. He asked about our situation. We told him we had a home we wanted to list (this was in the Fall of 2015), but had a long list of things we wanted to do first. We were comfortable and confident enough in John after our first meeting to accept his offer to come look at our home and give us an assessment. When John showed up, he was well-prepared with data on the area, a proposed listing price range, and we talked for quite some time as he sought to understand what we were looking for. We started work to get the house ready to list in Spring 2016. All that time from November through March, John stayed in touch with us, checking in. He was on a cruise in New Zealand when a tornado came through the area in late December, and he took time out of his vacation to contact us and see if we were okay! Even before we listed our house, we had found a home that we wanted, but we did not have the money without selling our current home. John went the extra mile to have several discussions with the agent of the house we wanted, and negotiated a contract that gave us what would hopefully be enough time to sell and get everything moved. We were nervous, but John assured us he could sell our house at that time of year and our neighborhood was a hot market. We were nervous, but optimistic. Everything had to be coordinated. When we were ready to list, John had done tons of homework, came with a proposed listing price that met our needs and yet still matched other similar homes that had sold in our area. He had a marketing plan for the house and timed the listing well for maximum traffic on opening weekend -- we were flooded with requests to see the house immediately. We got two offers on the house within three days! The entire time, John was very detailed about keeping us up to date on the process, the status, and all the steps that had to happen next. He worked nights and weekends to meet the needs of our schedules. While contracts on both houses were in motion, he kept us up to date daily. When the buyers of our home ran into trouble with their loan, John came through like a knight in shining in armor. He knew there was trouble before the buyer's agent did. Their agent was asleep at the wheel, but John was on top of it and came up with a plan to remediate before he called us to let us know what had happened. In fact, time after time, with every hitch on the buyer's side (and there were a few), John knew something was wrong before their agent did, and had a plan to keep things going. He called everyone and kept on them until tasks were complete. Honestly, if it hadn't been for John, the other people who were buying our house wouldn't have a home right now, and we would have lost our pending deal. Instead, John was on top of the process every step of the way. He saved the deal for us, swooped in and saved the other agent's bacon, got us what we wanted price-wise out of our old home, AND he got us into the home of our dreams well ahead of the expiration of our option period. We are so grateful to have met John, and STRONGLY RECOMMEND him for any residential real estate deal. Experience, honesty, integrity ... I know it sounds like a pitch from an ad, but we're so fortunate he was in control of our deal. Take it from us -- this is the guy you want on your side! C. Fulbright
