John launched his career as an independent audio engineer in 1991 by founding WICH Audio Services, Inc. This international multi-media company specializes in audio/film production, engineering, consulting, and education. John’s fluency in English, Italian and Spanish languages created a demand for his talents in both the American and Latin music markets. REAL ESTATE became John’s passion back in 2003 after buying, remodeling, and selling the first of several properties in Los Angeles, California.
