Together, John and Unie have 40 years of tried and true real estate experience in Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condominiums, Farms and Land Development. We have serviced over 1500 clients. They have included 1st Time Buyers, Move Up Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Overseas Buyers, Families transitioning back to the U.S., and Seniors and Empty Nesters transitioning to their next stage of life.
In addition to helping buyers and sellers domestically, we also specialize in assisting individuals and families to integrate or re-integrate to the U.S. after living abroad. John served in the U.S. Army for ten years and served in South Korea and Germany as well as multiple U.S. bases. Unie served overseas as a trailing spouse in Russia and Ireland. These experiences have made us empathetic to people in transition and able to identify with their needs and wants.
Unie actively volunteers and supports Trailside Middle School, Stone Bridge High School, and the Goose Creek Village HOA Board. She participates in fundraising, volunteering and/or donating to the following charities: Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter (LAWS), Loudoun Serenity House, Loudoun Hunger Relief and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
John is active with the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association and the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club.
